Outside of the Platform: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging on Stripe.
Logged in the Platform: Click on Settings > Click Billing - Manage Subscription > Cancel

All Curated System subscriptions have a 30 day guarantee. If you are unsatisfied in any way we will refund your payment in the first 30 days.
Telephony charges such as SMS, Phone, Recording Fees, A2P Registration One Time, and A2P Campaign Monthly Recurring fees are non-refundable even if you cancel within 30 days.
Purchases of leads from 1st party or 3rd party vendors are non-refundable.
Purchases of one-time digital e-books and other digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
1-on-1 Onboarding sessions, chatbot customization, automation custom-builds, custom ad creatives, funnel and site design and other customized services are non-refundable and not eligible for a return.
All subscriptions are considered "as-earned" meaning your CRM subscription payment is non-refundable after 30 days. If you cancel your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
If we cancel your account for violations of our policies then you are not entitled to any return or refund even if we fully revoke user access.
Pre-paid annual accounts, and any unused pre-paid monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Your accounts will be available to you until your subscription or pre-paid months expire.

We utilize various 3rd party platforms to process chargebacks. We provide evidence of purchase/transactions data along with any emails and login data. These platforms only get paid if they win the chargeback and they average a 90% win rate.
